Terms of Service

Vakyalytics is a comment-intelligence tool for content creators. It analyzes public comments on YouTube and (soon) other platforms via official APIs and authorized data providers, then surfaces sentiment, topics, questions, audience loyalty, and brand-fit signals.

You may analyze channels you own, channels you are authorized to manage, or public channels for legitimate research, competitive analysis, or sponsorship-fit evaluation. You may not use Vakyalytics to harass, stalk, or identify individual commenters for malicious purposes.

Free accounts are free. Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial months but we're reasonable about edge cases — email if you have an issue.

Vakyalytics uses the official YouTube Data API v3. We respect rate limits, terms of service, and the API ceilings the platform imposes, and we do not scrape. Some data (e.g. comments beyond YouTube's per-video API cap) is simply not accessible to anyone — including us.

Vakyalytics provides analysis as-is. Brand pitch reports, content ideas, and audience personas are aids for your judgment, not a guarantee of outcomes. We are not liable for business decisions made based on the output — that's on you, as it should be.

You can cancel anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts for acceptable-use violations, with notice where possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
